Crawley, UK, June 29th - Macro 4, a division of UNICOM® Global, will demonstrate its new Columbus mobile app for handling customer communications on the move when the company exhibits at the Customer Engagement Transformation Conference in London on July 6th, 2017.
The new app, which will be showcased alongside online customer self service on the Macro 4 exhibition stand (stand 6), provides secure access to a single view of customer information from diverse sources. While a 360 degree customer view enables efficient and personalized service, fragmented information remains a key challenge for many organizations, as Lynda Kershaw, Marketing Manager at Macro 4, explained:
"Customers are having multiple conversations with different parts of the same organization, using a range of digital channels as well as by phone or face to face. We’re helping companies keep track of all of those conversations so they can provide a seamless customer journey.
Using our new mobile app companies can find all communications relating to the same customer in one place, no matter what channel or department they originate from – everything from chat, messaging and email to bills, statements and personalized marketing offers. We’re filling in the gaps so businesses can get a true picture of their customers and deliver the kind of responsive, individual service that customers expect."
Conference delegates can try out the technology for themselves on the Macro 4 stand. Delegates are also invited to take part in Macro 4’s customer experience survey; the results will be published following the event.
