Crawley, UK, February 14 2018 - Macro 4, a division of UNICOM® Global, will offer guidance on overcoming the legacy system challenges that prevent organizations from realizing the elusive ‘single customer view’ when the company exhibits at the Future of the Contact Centre Conference on February 22, 2018 (stand 13).
Contact centers need oversight of all interactions between a company and its customers in order to provide a responsive service and to identify opportunities to increase sales and build closer relationships. However, the practical realities of managing multiple interactions, involving multiple business divisions across multiple communication channels, continue to challenge most organizations, explained Lynda Kershaw, Marketing Manager at Macro 4:
"Legacy systems are still holding companies back from building a complete picture of their customers. Contact centers strive to be customer centric, but that can be hard to achieve when customer data and documents are typically distributed across an organization in many different applications – some new and some legacy. The ‘single customer view’ has been talked about for years but in practice very few organizations can access all important information about their customers in one place. It’s just a huge challenge.
"At Macro 4 we work with companies to bring all of that customer information together in a way that doesn’t require big changes to their existing systems or processes. That makes it much faster and easier to achieve. At the event we’ll explain how we have helped companies such as TNT, E.ON, Allstar and Severn Trent to empower their customer service teams and improve the customer experience."
Conference delegates are invited to try out a new Macro 4 app for handling customer communications on the move, on stand 13 in the exhibition hall, and can also take part in Macro 4’s customer experience survey for the opportunity to win a £100 gift voucher.
